Actually, there are many times when both answers can be the correct choice so I'm not sure exactly how to answer this question but I will answer it generally and hope that I can get a good score on my test. this is a good question though because I know many people that think one way is better, but I also know many people who think the other way is better

The [WO/MAN] is trying to solve is a pretty big problem in this conversation by talking to another person but is seems to me that this problem is really too difficult for the two people to solve alone. I think that is would best if she did the second solution in this conversation. I actually have a personal example, one of my friends actually had this problem last year and did something very similar to the seconds solution that is discussed in the conversation
